  1. Return Eligibility
    You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
    The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
    You received the wrong item.
    The product is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

    Used, damaged, or worn products after delivery
    Products without original packaging or accessories
    Non-returnable items (e.g. perishable goods, custom orders)
    Cars and houses are non-refundable once purchased

    If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping.
    If the return is due to change of mind, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  6. Exchange Policy
    We offer free exchanges for eligible items. Please follow the return steps and request an exchange instead of a refund.
